What do I need to do to set up training via Skype?
If you don’t already have Skype, you need to (Download it free), and also purchase an inexpensive web camera to attach to your laptop or desktop. 

How long are the sessions?
Each session is one hour.  It is possible to schedule several hours at a time up to a full day.

How many sessions do I need?
That’s up to you.  It depends on your needs, time available, and how much you have accomplished in each session.  The decision on number of sessions is up to you.  There is no minimum. You will have taken enough sessions when you feel confident that you have achieved your goal.

Does Speech Impact do any group sessions?
No.  All training is private, one on one through Skype.

How do the sessions work?
At the scheduled appointment time, you will be called by Speech Impact via Skype.  Answer the Skype call with video on your computer.  Your teacher will be there and the session will begin.

Does Speech Impact specialize in training a particular type of client?
Yes.  Speech Impact specializes in training business executives, lawyers, doctors, politicians, authors, community leaders and other professionals called on to speak in public.

How do I make an appointment?
E-mail or phone with your request for an appointment.

How much does each training session cost? 
Cost is based on your specific needs.  Call or e-mail with details of the coaching you would like and we will provide pricing information.

When do I pay?
Payment is made before the session or group of sessions is held.

How do I pay for my sessions?
Payment can be made online through Pay Pal or Master Card and Visa.

Does Speech Impact offer any training videos or written materials?
No.  Watching others give instructions on how to give speeches or reading public speaking tips will not make you a better speaker.  Far more effective and far less time consuming is having an experienced instructor guiding your progress and dealing with your specific concerns or problems.

Will I need brush up sessions over time?
That is always a good idea.  However, Speech Impact will provide a written follow up of your sessions with a summary of what was covered, and notes to you that address the things you need to remember in order to speak in public as effectively as possible.
